  1. Dig a post hole approximately one third of the size of fence post
  2. Spacing the posts accurately, it is usually about 6 to 8 feet between each post. A simple and accurate way is using a string from one corner post to another as this gives you a straight line in guidance
  3. When setting the posts you require a mixture of water, gravel and concrete to set the posts which provides strength and stability. Use a level as this will ensure that the post are vertically straight
  4. In between each post you require a top rail and a bottom rail to nail the rails in securely
  5. When the concrete has set, you can start nailing the rails to the frame work. Start by nailing from the top of rail frame and work your way down.
