Florescent Lights

Florescent Light Florescent lights are a long narrow tube lighting product that is often used for indoor gardens that require minimum lighting. There are advantages and disadvantages with florescent lighting equipment. The biggest advantage is that they are an affordable product if specifically suitable for your garden lighting requirements. They are readily available at most garden centers. The disadvantage is they are not suited to all types of plants and flowers as the HID lighting products are.

High Pressured Lighting

High pressured lighting products are specially designed to provide a brighter and redder light for all types of plants, flowers, seedlings, herbs and vegetables that require more lighting to grow healthy. They can be used in indoor gardens and more then often they are used in greenhouses. The benefits of high pressured lighting are the light bulbs will last much longer. The downfall to high pressures lights is the heat output they generate which effectively will increase the costs of your electricity bill.
